by: Diego Duran-Medina, Director of Service Learning
Hunger remains a prevalent issue in Pinellas County, especially for families and young children. The Kind Mouse is working to ameliorate that with the mission of assisting families in transition and thousands of chronically hungry, local children.

Shorecrest is ready to help The Kind Mouse again this year! The Fall Food Drive officially launches on Monday, September 10. Collection bins will be located at each School. Lower School will have a kickoff meeting explaining their important role on September 17 at Town Meeting. The Founder of The Kind Mouse, Gina Wilkins, will be there.
