Transform Shorecrest - Groundbreaking

by: Mike Murphy, Headmaster
Just over a week ago, we broke ground on Transform. Like Commencement, it was both an end and a new beginning. We said farewell to the old buildings that have housed our teachers and students for decades, honoring generations of memories. We also took an irrevocable step toward completing the campus. Shorecrest is Transforming!

Watch the video below to see a recap of this momentous event.

Whether it has been a day, a month or even years since you have set foot on this campus, these dynamic changes are a testament to the power of our entire community coming together. Transform will fully foster community at Shorecrest with a first ever Dining Hall, a new Experiential School, Library, and Media & Innovation Centers, all housed in a new 60,000 square foot facility. The project will also create over an acre and a half of green space in the heart of campus.

The time has come to Transform. There is no greater collective cause for Shorecrest than to build community and ignite innovative teaching and learning with the largest capital development in the history of our school.

We'd like to thank the families who have joined Transform at this early stage, allowing us to break ground. But we're only just beginning! Shorecrest alone can not afford this endeavor, but together, our community can. I encourage you to watch this video and visit www.TransformShorecrest.org to learn more about this exciting new chapter at Shorecrest.

Thank you and Cheers!
