When / Where to Find 2023-2024 School Year Info

Summer Reading Lists/Supply Lists for 2023-2024 are now published in Ebytes. You can visit Ebytes anytime at www.shorecrestebytes.com. There is also a link to Summer Reading/Supply Lists from the Home page of shorecrest.org.


School-issued Technology 
 
Middle School iPads - 
  • Students currently in 5th and 7th grades (rising into 6th and 8th grades for the 2023-2024 school year) will keep their school-issued iPad over the summer. 
  • All students going into 5th and 7th grades for the 2023-2024 school year AND all Middle School students who are new to Shorecrest will receive their school-issued iPad for the new school year during a start of school orientation in August 2023. 
9th & 10th Grade Laptops -
  • 9th grade students and 10th graders who are new to Shorecrest will receive their school-issued Mac laptop during the start of school orientation in August 2023.
  • Rising 10th grade students (who were at Shorecrest for the 2023-2024 school year) may pick up their updated device from the Tech Office after August 3 or on the first day of school. Program information can be found HERE.
Students in 11th-12th grades will continue to use their own approved devices. Details are available online HERE. 

Fall Athletics information is available online now at www.shorecrest.org/athletics. All required athletic forms must be collected via the FHSAA Athletic Clearance Website. Shorecrest no longer accepts paper athletic forms. 


Start of School documents and forms will be published on Schoology in mid-July. All back to school letters, links, instructions and information will be posted in the "Start of School Documents 2023" section. This includes instructions for accessing required forms, and Middle and Upper School class schedules. You will receive an email with your SPS login credentials and instructions on how to access the information.

Middle and Upper School Textbook Lists
The eCampus online bookstore will open in mid-July for the purchase of textbooks and digital materials. This information will be added to the Start of School Documents section of Schoology and communicated via email as soon as it becomes available.

Shorecrest Summer Hours 
Shorecrest administrative offices will observe summer hours from June 1-August 3. The Head’s Office, Admissions, Advancement, Business Office, Division Administrative Offices, and Marketing/Communications Offices will be open from 9am-3pm, M-Th, and close at noon on Fridays. 
  • For assistance with school forms/Notary we are hosting a Help Desk on Wednesday, July 26, 9am-3pm in the Raymund Center or feel free to contact a school office during the summer.
