ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REMINDERS FOR UPPER SCHOOL FAMILIES AND STUDENTS

by: Erich Schneider, Head of Upper School
Summer Service Opportunities
The summer is a great time for Upper School students to earn service hours. Students should be mindful of the 25 hours per year service requirement for graduation. Students can finish up any remaining hours needed and/or get a head start for the upcoming school year. We ask that students continue to enter their earned hours in our Service Learning Portal. Details on how to enter those hours and ongoing and event opportunities will continue to be added to our Service Opportunities Document: click here. Students are also encouraged to seek out their own opportunities with any nonprofit (501c3) organization, religious organization, or city/county-run library/recreation center.

Please reach out to Stacy Alexander, Assistant Dean of Student Life, should you have any questions.
