Project Linus Blankets Donated

by: Jessica Thorn, Interact Faculty Advisor
Thank you to everyone in the Shorecrest community who supported the Upper School Interact Club's car wash in the fall. The funds were used to purchase supplies for making blankets for Project Linus, an organization that donates blankets to children in local hospitals.

Shorecrest Upper School's Interact Club made and donated seven blankets for patients at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital.

Since its founding, Project Linus has donated over 8 million blankets to children in need. The organization has become a beloved community project for many volunteers who enjoy using their skills to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
