Shorecrest 100 Years Dress-up Day To continue our centennial celebration, students are invited to participate in the Shorecrest 100 Years Dress-up Day on Friday, March 31! We are going to dress-up in historical fashion trends throughout the decades. This is a schoolwide celebration! Choose a costume from any decade after 1920. All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate and costume collaborations are also permitted. Get creative and use what you have at home. Upcoming Events March 18: Shorecrest Luau March 23: Math Family Fun Night, deadline to order Dr. Carlee Jackson'sbook to be signed March 29: “Technology is in Their Hands” presentation by Dr. Baralt (* new date*) March 31: Decade dress up day April 5: Visiting Author and Scientist, Dr. Carlee Jackson. April 10-14: Celebrate the Arts Week April 14: Poetry in the Park on the Gaffney Green April 13-15: Mamma Mia! April 18-21: Book Fair in the Raymund Center April 19: International Festival April 20: Spring Music Concert April 24: No School - Asynchronous learning day April 25-29: ERBs for grades three and four. Each spring Shorecrest students in grades 3 - 8 take the ERBs over the course of 4 days. The ERBs are a standardized assessment for high achieving students called the Comprehensive Testing Program (CTP5) written by the Educational Records Bureau (ERB).
