Alumna visits the Peck Center for Medical Sciences

by: Raffi Darrow, Ebytes Editor
Shorecrest parent and Chargers alumna, Dr. Kat Kesty ‘06, visited the Peck Center for Medical Sciences. She spoke to members of the Pre Med Club and Intro to Medical Sciences students about her dermatology practice, St. Petersburg Skin and Laser. She discussed treating diseases of the skin including skin cancers. She also taught them about the variety of types of lasers based on frequency that she uses at her practice. The students really enjoyed her presentation!

Thank you for giving back to younger Chargers and helping them think beyond the textbook!
