The Shorecrest Community Association and Grandparent Council sponsored a virtual event: Caring for Ourselves While We Care for Others.
School Counselors Kate Fierce (grades K-8) and Courtney Ellis (grades 9-12) hosted a meaningful presentation and Q&A regarding the manifestation and effects of stress and anxiety in ourselves and children.
