Shorecrest Performing Arts is thrilled to announce a live, outdoor performance of "Our Town," October 23 & 24 at 7pm on the Greenspace adjacent to Shorecrest’s Charger Commons.
In order to optimize the safety of our students, faculty, and families, the Shorecrest Health & Safety Task Force has outlined mandatory safety protocols:
Family members of the same household will be seated together, socially distanced from other families and the performers. Outdoor chairs will be provided by Shorecrest Preparatory School and will be sanitized prior to each performance. Audience seating will be assigned within a labeled schematic diagram. Seating clusters will be designated by a pennant banner reflecting the audience family’s name. On the evening of the performance, please arrive between 6:30 and 6:50pm to allow extra time to find your assigned seats. And of course, all attendees will be required to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth for the duration of the performance.
Tickets for the performance of Our Town are complimentary but reservations are required. Seating is extremely limited. No walk-ups please. Each family of a performer or crew member will be offered up to 4 tickets for a single performance. Depending upon availability, it may be possible to attend more than one performance, if desired. Please indicate your family’s first choice of performance when requesting tickets. Once the Box Office has afforded each family the opportunity to receive up to 4 tickets for one performance, we will do our best to honor requests for tickets for Faculty, Staff, Administration, Sponsors and additional Shorecrest community members.
To make your initial ticket request, please complete the attached Ticket Request Form
and email it to OurTownReservations@shorecrest.org
by October 14 with “Our Town Reservations” in the subject line. (Requests will be filled on a first come first served basis. You will receive a confirmation email. Second requests will be filled beginning October 16. Sorry, no requests can be honored after October 21 due to set-up logistics.)
If you have questions or concerns that you would like to discuss, please call Cheryl Lee, Director of Shorecrest Performing Arts at 727-580-2580.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation! We can all agree these are small sacrifices to make for the great opportunity to cheer on our young, talented performers, as they take the stage once again for a live performance!
We look forward to seeing your family at the show!
