Mealtime can be incredibly stressful for families with little ones who have a very limited list of foods they'll actually eat. Not only do many parents dread meals in anticipation of the "battle" they face several times per day, but it can impact social activities ("How can we take a cruise? What will he eat?"), confidence, and overall long-term positive associations with food.
This seminar covered the difference between "picky eating" vs. "problem feeding," provided strategies and hints to manage difficult mealtime behaviors, and set the stage for a positive mealtime experience for the entire family. It also highlighted the situations where one might require additional professional help.
